Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in the following situations:

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, we accept returns for re-inspection to assess the issue and determine the best course of action.

Incorrect Item: If you receive the wrong item or your order is delivered to the wrong address, you can request a Return Authorization (RA) to return the incorrect item. Once the warehouse receives the shipment, we will issue a credit for the cost of the incorrect shipment. Please place a new order for the correct item.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return for damaged or incorrectly delivered merchandise, follow these steps:

Submit a Return Authorization Request Form: Requests must be submitted within 5 business days of package delivery.

Special Sale & Clearance Items: All special sale and clearance items are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

Send an Email: Copy and send the following information to info@heathersboutique.com

Customer Support Review: Our support team will respond within 3-5 business days to review your request. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Inspection and Resolution: Once the item is received by our Returns Department, we will inspect it. If the damage or incorrect shipment is verified, we will issue a In Store Credit for the total value of the merchandise, which can be used for future purchases at heathersboutique.com for that brand only.

A Note About Sizing
All of our dresses are sized in US sizes according to each designer’s specifications; therefore, the size you normally wear may not be the size you would wear in a dress from our site. Before you choose your size, we recommend looking at the size chart for the dress you are interested in to make sure you are choosing the best size for your measurements. To make sure you are getting the best size, click on the ‘Size Chart’ link above the dropdowns or at the bottom of the size dropdown on your dress of choice.
Cancellation Policy
Your order can be cancelled at no charge prior to processing.*
In-Stock Items
If you wish to cancel an in-stock item from your order after it has been processed,* a 25% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your payment.
Pre-Order Items
If you wish to cancel a pre-order item from your order after it has been processed,* a 50% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your payment.
Special Order Items
Special Orders are unable to be cancelled as these items are cut specifically for you.
*Processing/Processed – Payment verified, item(s) ordered, and confirmed by our vendors.
